bbuddy is an AI co-worker for social media. It researches, writes, schedules and publishes posts in a brand's own voice across X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Threads. We sell bbuddy to brands, marketing agencies, creators and online shops. We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to own the top of our funnel: the person who finds the right accounts, opens the conversation and books qualified demos that our Account Executives then run and close.
This is the SDR role in its purest form. You do not carry a closing quota and you are not asked to negotiate contracts. Your number is meetings booked and qualified pipeline created. You spend your day researching target accounts, writing outreach people actually want to read, working the phone and LinkedIn, qualifying inbound interest, and handing warm, well-briefed prospects to a closer. It is fully remote and open worldwide, and it is a genuinely good first sales job: if you are sharp, curious and persistent, this is where a sales career starts.
What you will do
- Research target accounts: brands, marketing agencies, creators and online shops that would get real value from bbuddy, and find the right person to reach inside each one.
- Run outbound across email, LinkedIn and calls, with messaging that is specific to the account rather than copy-pasted blasts.
- Qualify inbound interest quickly, separating curious browsers from real buying intent before it reaches an Account Executive.
- Book qualified demos and meetings, then brief the closer with clean notes on the prospect, their channels and why they are a fit.
- Write short, sharp first touches and follow-ups, and test what gets replies so your sequences keep improving.
- Stay persistent and organized across a large list: consistent follow-up, clear next steps and no lead left to go cold.
- Keep the CRM honest, logging activity, statuses and notes so the pipeline you create is something the team can actually trust.
- Feed early market signal back to the team: which openers land, which objections come up before the demo, and which segments respond.

- Self-direction and a reliable remote setup: you can run your own day without close supervision. No degree is required, and this is a strong fit for someone early in their sales career.
