bbuddy is an AI co-worker for social media: it researches, writes, schedules, and publishes posts in a brand's own voice across X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Threads. We are hiring a fully remote Commercial / Sales Representative to own the North American market, selling bbuddy to brands, agencies, creators, and online shops across the United States and Canada.
North America is the largest and most contested market for social tools, so this role is about value-led selling: showing busy teams what bbuddy actually does for them rather than out-shouting the competition. This is a genuine, ongoing opening, and the role is fully remote across the US and Canada.
What you'll do
- Build and work a pipeline across the US and Canada through both outbound prospecting and inbound leads, targeting brands, marketing agencies, creators, and online shops.
- Run live demos that show how bbuddy plans, writes, and publishes in a brand's own voice, and translate that into clear value for each prospect.
- Own deals end to end: qualify, handle objections, negotiate, and close, then hand off cleanly for onboarding.
- Sell on value in a crowded category, positioning bbuddy against other social tools by what it delivers for the customer's time and output.
- Expand existing accounts with light upsell and renewal conversations as customers grow their use of bbuddy.
- Keep CRM data, forecasts, and notes accurate so the team always has a true read on the North American pipeline.
- Feed real signals from US and Canadian prospects back into product and marketing so bbuddy keeps sharpening its fit for the market.
What you bring
- Located in the United States or Canada, and able to work North American business hours.
- Fluent, professional English; Spanish or French is a strong plus for reaching the wider US and Canadian markets.
- A track record closing in B2B sales, ideally SaaS, marketing, or a related software or services field.
- Comfort selling on value in a competitive category, with the discipline to qualify hard and the persistence to follow through.
- Strong demo and discovery skills: you can read a prospect, ask the right questions, and tell a clear story.
- Self-directed and reliable in a fully remote setup, with the structure to run your own pipeline.
- Genuine interest in social media, content, and how brands grow their audience.
