bbuddy is an AI co-worker for social media that researches, writes, schedules, and publishes posts in a brand's own voice across X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Threads. We are looking for a Commercial / Sales Representative to own the United Kingdom and Ireland: a dense, English-first market full of agencies and direct-to-consumer brands that move fast and decide fast. You will be the person who shows them what bbuddy can do, and then closes.
This role is fully remote and open to applicants based in the United Kingdom or Ireland, working in UK and Irish business hours and in English.
What you'll do
- Own the full sales cycle for the UK and Ireland: prospecting, first call, live demo, negotiation, and close.
- Run focused outbound to marketing agencies, DTC and ecommerce brands, creators, and online shops, and respond quickly to inbound interest.
- Give sharp, tailored demos that show bbuddy posting in a prospect's own voice across X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Threads.
- Move deals at the pace this market expects: tight follow-up, clear next steps, and short time-to-decision.
- Expand existing accounts: spot where agencies can roll bbuddy across more of their client roster and where brands can put it on more channels.
- Feed the team real signal from the market on objections, pricing reactions, and the features that win deals.
What you bring
- Based in the United Kingdom or Ireland, with the right to work there, and able to operate in UK and Irish business hours.
- Fluent, persuasive English, written and spoken, comfortable selling to British and Irish marketing buyers.
- A track record in B2B sales, ideally SaaS, marketing, agency, or ecommerce, with deals you personally closed.
- Genuinely comfortable with self-sourced outbound and just as sharp converting warm inbound.
- Confident running live software demos and turning a feature into a clear business outcome for the buyer.
- Self-directed and organized: you can run your own pipeline remotely without someone managing your calendar.
- A real feel for the UK and Ireland landscape of agencies, DTC brands, creators, and online shops is a strong plus.
