bbuddy is an AI co-worker for social media that researches, writes, schedules and publishes posts in a brand's own voice across X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Threads. We are hiring a Commercial / Sales Representative to own the European market end to end: finding the right brands, agencies, creators and online shops, showing them what bbuddy can do, and closing them. This is a fully remote role working in Europe's business hours and languages.
Europe is a rich, mixed market. You will sell into mature SaaS and consumer-brand scenes in markets like Germany and the Netherlands, and into Europe's fast-growing creator and agency communities from Paris and Lisbon to Warsaw and Stockholm. Selling across more than one language is a real advantage here, and you will be trusted to read each local market and adapt.
What you'll do
- Run the full sales cycle for bbuddy across Europe: outbound prospecting, inbound qualification, live demos and closing.
- Build a pipeline across distinct buyer types, from established SaaS and consumer brands to fast-growing agencies, creators and ecommerce shops.
- Tailor the pitch to each market, selling in English plus at least one major European language and adapting tone to local business culture.
- Run product demos that show bbuddy publishing in a brand's own voice across X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Threads.
- Handle light account expansion: keep new customers active, surface upgrade moments and turn happy users into referrals.
- Feed structured market signal back to the team: what resonates in Paris versus Berlin versus Lisbon, common objections, and pricing reactions.
- Keep your CRM clean and your forecast honest so the whole team can plan against real numbers.
What you bring
- Proven B2B or B2C sales results, ideally selling software, marketing services or tools to brands, agencies, creators or online shops.
- Fluent English plus at least one major European language (French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Polish or Swedish); a second European language is a real advantage.
- You are based in and eligible to work from one of: France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, Poland or Sweden.
- Comfortable owning a number and running the cycle solo, from cold outreach through to a signed customer.
- Genuine fluency with social media and a feel for how brands, creators and shops actually use X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Threads.
- Self-directed and organised: you can structure your own week across multiple time zones and markets without being managed closely.
- A reliable remote setup and the discipline to work independently across Europe's business hours.
