bbuddy is an AI co-worker for social media. It researches, writes, schedules and publishes posts in a brand's own voice across X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Threads. We sell bbuddy to brands, marketing agencies, creators and online shops. We are hiring a Partnerships and Channel Sales Manager to grow bbuddy through partners rather than only through direct sales. You will recruit marketing agencies and resellers, get them productive, and run that channel so they sell bbuddy to their own clients, again and again.
bbuddy already runs a partner program (you can see it at bbuddy.co/partners): an agency track for firms that run bbuddy across their client roster, and a tech track for platforms that integrate bbuddy into their stack. This role builds and owns the sales side of that program. You are not chasing single seats, you are signing partners who each bring many accounts, then making sure those partners actually close. This is a leadership role over a channel, distinct from our direct regional sales positions, and it is fully remote and open worldwide.
What you will do
- Recruit new channel partners: identify, pitch and sign marketing agencies, freelancer collectives, consultancies and resellers who can sell bbuddy to their own clients.
- Onboard and enable partners so they reach their first sale fast: train their teams, build the pitch and demo materials they need, and make sure they can show bbuddy publishing in a client's own voice across X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Threads.
- Own the partner relationship over time: run regular check-ins, set joint targets, unblock deals, and keep partners active rather than letting them go quiet after signing.
- Drive channel revenue: turn signed partners into a predictable, growing source of new customers, and expand each partner's book as they roll bbuddy across more of their roster.
- Build the channel motion itself: shape partner tiers, enablement playbooks, co-marketing and the deal-registration and referral mechanics that keep the program clean and fair.
- Coordinate with direct sales so partner-sourced and direct deals do not collide, and so the strongest path to each account is the one that wins.
- Bring field signal back to the team: what partners need to sell faster, where the program needs sharpening, and which integrations and materials would unlock more of the channel.
What you bring
- A track record in channel sales, partnerships, alliances or business development, ideally in software, SaaS, marketing services or agency tooling, with partner relationships you personally built and grew.
- You understand how agencies and resellers actually make money, so you can frame bbuddy as a way for them to serve more clients with the same team rather than as one more tool.
- Comfort owning a number that is delivered through other people: you coach, enable and hold partners accountable instead of closing every deal yourself.
- Strong enablement instincts: you can build the training, the pitch and the demo flow that make a partner's team confident selling bbuddy.
- Fluent, persuasive English for partner conversations and enablement; any additional language widens the partners you can reach and is a real plus.
- Self-directed and organised enough to run a portfolio of partner relationships remotely, across time zones, without close management.
- Genuine fluency with social media and how brands, agencies, creators and shops use it day to day, plus a reliable remote setup.
