bbuddy is an AI co-worker for social media. It researches, writes, schedules and publishes posts in a brand's own voice across X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Threads. We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative to run a high-volume, fully remote desk selling bbuddy to small and mid-sized businesses. This is a fast, transactional full-cycle role: many conversations a day over video, phone and chat, short sales cycles, quick demos and quick closes. It is built for someone who is energised by volume and consistency, not by long, drawn-out enterprise deals.

This role is distinct from our Account Executive seat, which handles larger and more considered deals, and from our SDR seat, which only books meetings. As an Inside Sales Representative you own the whole short cycle yourself: you open, you demo, and you close, then you do it again. The product helps you move quickly, because most small businesses understand bbuddy the moment they watch it publish in their own voice on a live demo. The role is fully remote and you work in your own time zone.

What you will do

  • Work a high volume of inbound leads and self-sourced prospects each day, reaching small and mid-sized businesses by video call, phone and live chat.
  • Run quick, sharp demos that show bbuddy researching, writing and publishing in a prospect's own voice across X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Threads.
  • Qualify fast, handle objections on the spot, and close on the same call or within a short follow-up window.
  • Keep your pipeline moving with tight follow-up and clear next steps, so deals do not stall and your day stays full.
  • Hit a steady daily and weekly rhythm of conversations, demos and closes, holding your activity and conversion consistent week over week.
  • Hand new customers off cleanly for onboarding, and turn happy buyers into quick referrals.
  • Keep your CRM, notes and forecast accurate in real time so the team always has a true read on the desk.
  • Feed fast signal back to the team: the objections, pricing reactions and one-liners that win small-business deals.

What you bring

  • Experience in a high-volume sales role (inside sales, transactional SaaS, telesales or similar), with a track record of hitting daily and weekly numbers.
  • Comfort running many short conversations a day across video, phone and chat without losing energy or quality.
  • Fast, clear demo skills: you can read a small-business owner quickly, get to the point, and turn a feature into an obvious reason to buy.
  • The discipline to keep activity consistent and follow up relentlessly, because volume and conversion both matter here.
  • Fluent, persuasive English; any additional language is a plus and widens the market you can work.
  • A real feel for how small and mid-sized businesses use social media and why staying active on it is hard for them.
  • Self-direction and reliability in a fully remote setup, with the structure to run a busy desk on your own.
  • A reliable remote setup: stable internet, a quiet space and a good headset for back-to-back calls.
