bbuddy is an AI co-worker for social media. It researches, writes, schedules, and publishes posts in a brand's own voice across X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Threads. We sell bbuddy to brands, marketing agencies, creators, and online shops.
We are hiring a Commercial / Sales Representative to own Latin America. This is a fully remote role, eligible from Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, and Chile. The region's creator economy is exploding and small businesses are adopting social faster than almost anywhere, and selling here is relationship-first: trust, follow-up, and referrals win the deal. We want someone who already gets that.
What you'll do
- Build and work a pipeline of brands, agencies, creators, and online shops across the region.
- Run outbound (WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, Instagram DMs, in-person where it makes sense) and convert inbound interest into booked demos.
- Deliver live demos of bbuddy in the prospect's own voice, in Spanish or Portuguese, and close the deal.
- Sell into a relationship-driven market: earn trust, follow up like a human, and turn warm intros and referrals into revenue.
- Expand existing accounts, especially agencies running many clients and shops scaling their content.
- Bring real signal back to the team: what resonates in Sao Paulo versus Mexico City versus Buenos Aires, and which objections keep showing up.
What you bring
- Fluent Spanish, and fluent Brazilian Portuguese if you intend to sell into Brazil. Many strong candidates will cover one language deeply rather than both.
- Based in and legally able to work from Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, or Chile.
- A track record of closing, ideally with SMBs, agencies, creators, or in SaaS or marketing.
- Real comfort with social media and the creator economy: you understand why a shop owner or a creator lives and dies by their feed.
- Self-direction and consistency: you run your own day, pipeline, and follow-up without being chased.
- Clear, persuasive communication on camera, on calls, and over chat, where most deals in the region actually move.
- Reliable internet and a setup that lets you demo and sell from anywhere in your region.
