bbuddy is an AI co-worker for social media. It researches, writes, schedules and publishes posts in a brand's own voice across X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Threads. We are hiring a Commercial / Sales Representative to own the Asia-Pacific market, a region dense with fast-moving SMBs, busy marketing agencies and mobile-first brands that live and breathe social. You will sell bbuddy end to end: find the right accounts, run the demo, and close.

This is a fully remote role, open to applicants based in India, Singapore, Australia and the Philippines. You will work in your region's languages and business hours, so prospects across APAC always get a fast, local reply.

What you'll do

  • Own outbound and inbound pipeline across Asia-Pacific: brands, marketing agencies, creators and online shops in India, Singapore, Australia and the Philippines.
  • Run live demos that show bbuddy posting in a prospect's own voice across X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Threads.
  • Close deals end to end, from first touch to signed customer, and handle light account expansion afterward.
  • Work your region's business hours and time zones so prospects always get a fast, local reply.
  • Speak to the realities of mobile-first, high-volume social in APAC: agencies juggling many client accounts, SMBs with lean teams, creators who post daily.
  • Feed market signal back to the team: what brands, agencies and shops in the region actually ask for, object to, and pay for.
  • Keep your pipeline and notes clean so forecasting and follow-up stay honest.

What you bring

  • A track record selling software, SaaS, marketing services or agency work, ideally to SMBs, agencies or creators.
  • Based in and eligible to work from India, Singapore, Australia or the Philippines.
  • Fluent, persuasive English for writing and live demos; a regional language (such as Hindi, Tagalog, Bahasa, or Mandarin) is a strong plus.
  • Comfort owning a number and a quota, and motivated by uncapped, results-based earning.
  • Genuine fluency in social media and how brands, agencies and shops use it day to day.
  • Self-directed and reliable in a fully remote role, owning your own region's hours.
  • A clear, fast communicator who can run a demo, handle objections and follow up without being chased.
