bbuddy is an AI co-worker for social media. It researches, writes, schedules and publishes posts in a brand's own voice across X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Threads. We sell bbuddy to brands, marketing agencies, creators and online shops. We are hiring an Account Manager to own those customers after they sign. This is a post-sale growth role, fully remote and open worldwide. You are not chasing net-new logos. You are the person who keeps customers happy, gets them renewing, and grows each account over time.

The signal from a customer's first weeks tells you everything: an agency that adds bbuddy to a second client, a shop that turns on another channel, a creator who finally posts every day. Your job is to find those moments, act on them, and turn satisfied customers into the references and referrals that bring the next ones in. Where a closer wins the first yes, you own every yes after it.

What you will do

  • Own a book of existing bbuddy customers end to end: brands, marketing agencies, creators and online shops, from the handoff after signing through every renewal.
  • Drive renewals and reduce churn by staying close to each account, catching problems early, and making sure customers keep getting real value from bbuddy.
  • Grow accounts through expansion and upsell: more channels switched on (X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Threads), more seats for bigger teams, and more usage as customers lean on bbuddy harder.
  • Run regular check-ins and account reviews that connect bbuddy's output to the results the customer cares about, so renewal is an easy decision.
  • Turn happy customers into references, case studies and warm referrals, and route those introductions to the right people on the team.
  • Spot at-risk accounts before they lapse, understand why, and win them back with the right fix or conversation.
  • Keep your CRM, renewal dates, expansion notes and forecast accurate so the team always has a true read on retention and growth.
  • Feed customer signal back to the team: what keeps people, what makes them expand, and what nearly made them leave.

What you bring

  • A track record in account management, customer success, renewals or post-sale growth, ideally in SaaS, software, marketing or agency work, with retention and expansion numbers you personally moved.
  • You are genuinely relationship-first: customers trust you, reply to you, and take your recommendations because you have earned it.
  • Comfort owning a renewal and expansion number, and the commercial instinct to spot an upsell without ever pushing a customer toward something they do not need.
  • Strong at reading account health: you notice the quiet warning signs of churn and act before a renewal is at risk.
  • Fluent, persuasive English for calls, reviews and written follow-up; any additional language is a plus and widens the customers you can serve.
  • Self-directed and organized: you can run a book of accounts remotely, on your own cadence, without being managed closely.
  • A real feel for social media and how brands, agencies, creators and shops actually use it, so your conversations land with people who live in their feed.
  • A reliable remote setup and the discipline to keep follow-up tight across your customers' time zones.
