It researches, writes, schedules and publishes posts in a brand's own voice across X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Threads. We sell bbuddy to brands, marketing agencies, creators and online shops. We are hiring an Account Executive, a closing role, to own a revenue quota and turn qualified opportunities into signed customers. This is a fully remote role, open worldwide.
You are the person who takes a qualified opportunity, handed over by our SDRs or arriving through inbound, and carries it across the line. You run the live bbuddy demo, manage the deal through evaluation and negotiation, and close. bbuddy sells well on a demo: most prospects understand it the moment they watch it publish in their own voice, so your job is to run a sharp process, build genuine conviction and remove the friction between interest and signature. This is a mid-level role for someone who already knows how to close and wants a product that does a lot of the convincing for them.
What you will do
- Own a revenue quota and a pipeline of qualified opportunities, sourced by our SDRs and from inbound, and convert them into signed customers.
- Run the live bbuddy demo as the centerpiece of your process: show bbuddy researching, writing and publishing in the prospect's own voice across X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Threads, and tie it to the buyer's goals.
- Run discovery that uncovers the real problem, then map bbuddy to it so the value is obvious to brands, agencies, creators and online shops.
- Manage each opportunity through evaluation, multi-stakeholder buy-in, objection handling and negotiation, all the way to a clean close and a smooth handoff to onboarding.
- Keep your CRM, deal notes and next steps accurate, and forecast your quarter honestly so the team can plan against real numbers.
- Partner with the SDRs feeding you pipeline: give clear feedback on lead quality so the handoff keeps getting sharper.
- Feed real signal back to the team on what wins deals, the objections that recur and how prospects react to pricing, so bbuddy keeps getting easier to sell.
What you bring
- A track record of closing in B2B sales, ideally SaaS, marketing services or tools sold to brands, agencies, creators or online shops, with deals you personally signed.
- Real demo skill: you can run live software in front of a buyer, read the room and turn a feature into a clear business outcome.
- Strong pipeline discipline: you manage many open opportunities at once, keep them moving and know exactly where each one stands.
- Comfort owning a number and forecasting it honestly, plus the persistence to work a deal through evaluation and negotiation without losing momentum.
- Confident negotiation and closing: you ask for the business, handle pushback and get to a signed agreement.
- Fluent, persuasive English for live demos and written follow-up; any additional language widens the market you can sell into.
- Self-directed and organized enough to run your own pipeline remotely, with a reliable remote setup and a genuine feel for how brands, creators and shops use social media.
